I don’t believe it. Before I decided on my entry this sign was on the short list! 😀 Mine is from Solihull, I’d never seen anything similar before visiting there 2 years ago.

As a person nearing the senior citizen age range, I don’t know if I would be grateful for the sign or offended by the depiction of being stooped-over. 🙂 Wonderful photo. Thanks for joining the challenge!

That’s an interesting sign. It’s complex and odd enough – I’d worry someone wold get hit because the driver was reading it.
